Since 2011 Work-Travel-Fun New Zealand has been offering support to those who want to spend their overseas experience in this beautiful country. We are the first point of contact for most adventurers hosting Kiwi Information Days and Kiwi Information Evenings in Auckland.
Our goal is to assist current and future backpackers in planning their Work & Holiday experience as well as support them in times when things might not go quite as planned. The Work-Travel-Fun team consists of staff members with a range of professional backgrounds. Yet we all have one thing in common: We love New Zealand and we enjoy to travel and explore.
Kia Ora and welcome to Work-Travel-Fun! I’ve been living in Auckland since 2005 and I’m convinced it’s New Zealand’s most beautiful city. I came here as a backpacker and explored the country by Work & Travel. In doing so I not only got to know the local culture – I also learned to love it. The Kiwi way of life, the amazing scenery, atmosphere and hospitality of the people simply fascinated me. I had no choice, I had to stay.
Unfortunately I came to New Zealand with an agency that more than disappointed. The service was poor and I ended up having a lot less money in my account. That experience led me to establish Work-Travel-Fun in 2011. I want to support people in fulfilling their dreams and making the most of their New Zealand backpacking adventure.
|Kia ora everybody! My name is Mara and I’ve been in New Zealand since 2010. I came here as an Au Pair to get away from a boring job and instantly fell in love with the country and it’s people. I now enjoy the Kiwi way of life going hunting, fishing and living off the land as much as possible. I joined Work-Travel-Fun in May 2014.|
